Beebe's Hardwood & Tile Floors

By far one of the worst companies I have ever dealt withAll of my flooring has curled and now needs to be replacedJason [redacted] ripped me off for thousands of additional dollarsJason and his crew left my floor incomplete and my home a disasterDon't ever do business with Jason or his company Beebe floorsTHE WORST! He will stop answering the phone, and no one will ever come back to fix anythingOne of the worst decisions of my lifetime!

We had hired Jason to finish floors and to come before our movers came He could not come for the days we had agreed upon, so we had to cancel He would not return our deposit We agreed to pay for supplies, Jason would not return calls, set up a time for us to take supplies, or show us any receipts So, we had to take him to court for a judgment and we won on June 9, for the full amount of the deposit He will not pay it or make arrangements for payment Now, I have to continue with the court system to get him to pay the money

On 9/12/14, we inquired on a bid from Beebe's Hardwood with bid provided same day with payment due in full upon completionIn response, I provided my stipulations of payment including potential payment upon half payment dueFurthermore, this would be dependent upon 100% satisfaction prior to any disbursement of funds
During the week of 9/25/14, work had been largely completedBeebe's requested full payment of fundsHowever, my wife and I inspected the residenceThe finish was applied in such a way that bubbles were present within the finishTherefore, the crew did not properly inspect the floors upon completion
My wife and I did not feel this was an issueWe expected to be able to resolve this issue within the coming weekOn 9/26, payment was not disbursed as the full work was not completed
Beebes at this point began pressuring for release of funds for full and/or half of the full amountOn 9/29/14, Beebes refused to continue the work unless we disbursed for materialsI made accommodation for this on 10/1/
*** Beebe pressured for fund to be disbursedHe insisted that a verbal agreement was in place for full or partial disbursement be completedThis was never in writing for verbally agreed toI believe it to be likely that this company is financially having cash flow issuesThis is being laid at the customer's feet to be pressured into disbursement of funds prior to work actually being completed because of mismanagement
On 10/3/14, all issues with the flooring were corrected in terms of bubblingNevertheless; the trim work was left incomplete.I had to follow up over times via email to have this addressed properlyAfter speaking with workers on the job siteI realized this was never communicated as directed within the original bid
Finally and in conclusion, the work was finally completed two weeks after original scheduled timeframeThe communication of severely lacking with response and follow up only upon funds neededIf you are considering Beebes Hardwood Flooring to refinish floors, to do tile work, etc, I would strongly recommend you search elsewhere*** Beebe is concerned with money first and clientele second
