The warranty that is in effect until is for the "balance of system" as it clearly statesThe warranty for the modules and the inverters are provided by the manufacturer (see attached)I have been trying to resolve the issue with the inverters, on the owners behalf at no cost to the ownerThe
system was manufactured by Westinghouse, who is no longer in business, but I have been trying to get this resolved by another companyThey want the customer to purchase a monitoring device for over $800.00, so that they might be able to diagnose the problem and possibly fix itThe owner has refused to purchase the device, so I took my own personal device over there to try to see if they could solve the issueWe were unable to come to any conclusion as to what is wrongI am doing all that I can to get this resolved, and I do understand the owners frustration, but I am doing this on my own time and have not charged the owner at any time, nor do I intend toI have tested the modules and they are working properly, if the owner would like I can quote him the cost of new inverters
