Hello this is Matt N*** Owner Beehive PlumbingI have reached out to customer and have left them a messageAnd let them know to call me so we can reslove this issueHowever, I have not heard backSo I am awaiting a replyCustomer says we did not honor our warranty ? But we never gave him a
warranty due to the fact the line was extremly dirty, and needed a hydro jetterCustomer declined this serviceAnd as a result we could not warranty line due to the fact the customer declined the service that would make it warrantableWe as a company have no control over people declining service that our professional Plumbers ReccomendAnd, as a result die to the fact we could not do the service recomended we feel we cannt warranty it as we were not able to do the service that would make it warrantablePlease contact me with questions ###-###-#### Thankyou, Sincerly, Matt N***, Owner Beehive Plumbing
