Please reopen complaint. Salesman has not done what he said he would do.Josh as I told you when I spoke with you last, I have paid *** Security for three months because I was waiting for your company to deal with buying out my contract and after you didn’t I called and cancelled it
myself. Attached is a copy of the invoice with the balance of my contract. In the meantime, I have been billed three months by *** which I have not paid. So as I see it, in order to get this handled to my satisfaction, you need to pay off this contract ($274.33) and pay ***( $119.97) for the three months which will total approximately $which would have been what I would have owed *** if everything had been handled in a timely manner. In reference to an installation made at my house in August, when I was lead to believe that *** Security was updating my security system. I made a complaint to the Revdex.com that I suspended because Josh told me that Wizeguyz would buy out my contract with *** Security. My payments to *** are automatically deducted from my checking account on the 8th of the month and one was deducted on September 7 for $and I am expecting one to be deducted on October 8. I contacted *** and they e-mailed me the paperwork to cancel my contract. My contract does not expire until June which means that after I pay this month, I will still owe them $319.92. In the meantime, I have received an invoice from *** for two months at $a month. Please advise how you want me to handle this. regret that the customer has chosen to cancel services with [redacted].  It
seems by their complaint that the choice to cancel had nothing to do with the
actual service but rather with a frustration over rebates. While it is
unfortunate that the customer claims to never have received...

a rebate, we have
no control over [redacted]'s rebate process.  As the customer referenced, we
made multiple attempts to assist them.
In response to the "unaware of a contract."
 We obtain their signature at the time of install that confirms their
understanding of a promotional offer by [redacted] for services both in a first
year promotion and a second year increase.I will be happy to provide a copy of the contract if needed.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 
If I signed something from the installer, it was unwittingly signed because nothing was explained by the installer. If I signed a form from the installer, it was just to indicate that service had been installed. Nothing was ever explained in detail regarding a two-year contract by Wize Guyz or installer. No one explained anything to me. Wize Guyz said the rebates should come from [redacted], and [redacted] tells me that the rebate should come from Wize Guyz. Nobody will give me any customer service... All I get is the bounce around between Wize Guyz and [redacted]. No one will help me solve the problem. I have been to Wize Guyz on numerous occasions, and no one will return my phone call.  This dollar amount in question should be vacated and taken off my credit report.

The issue regarding this customer has been resolved and services have been installed. Delay was caused by Internet provider and not Wizeguyz. Please close complaint
