I stayed at hotel on 4/15/I had roomsI prepaid for both rooms I signed no smoking policy and was fully aware of itI checked out on 4/16/When checking my balance of my debit card on 4/16/I was shortI called my card company and reported fraudMy card was cancelledOnce I received my new card my money was not there, so I checked my transactions and saw that the Ramada Inn charged me 500.00!!! I called hotel and was told it was for a smoking violation!! I asked to speak to manager whom I was told would?!d not be in until MondayI called back onMonday and spike with manger whom informed me that ashes were found in room and because of hotel policy I was charged I know for a fact that noons smoked in either room(or 183)I contacted Wydam Hotels corporate office to report thisThey responded that I need to contact hotelI contacted hotel and was told charges were valid!!! I then read a review by another guest who was charged on
I checked in to the Ramada inn on Friday July and they say no smoking so I didn't smoke in their room and the charged me for smoking in the room I called on a few occasions and they won't let me speak with the manager...I ask them to look on there camera and the can see that I walked back and forth outside smoking and they still charged me
