First to answer Mrs. [redacted]  complaint. She says she was not given a receipt, but then she says we use receipt books from...

[redacted].  Mrs. [redacted] bought a HTC Ryme from us. We exchanged it once. She kept that one for 2 months. Told us she was still having trouble with reception where she lives. We told her we could not  exchanged It after 2 months, that she would have to take it up with HTC. Told her she had the warranty information in her paper work she received with her phone. Their number is1-800-229-1235 The phone has a 12 month warranty. We also gave her a used phone to use while she sent it to HTC. the 20 dollars she paid was for the transfer. We are sorry for Mrs. [redacted] inconvenience, but the matter is out of our hands. Our return policy is no refunds. exchanges only which we did Even went  above and beyond by giving her a phone to use while she sends hers to HTC
