On February 10th, this customer came to my store purchased the bedroom suite and dinette and a box springAt the time of the sale I was not aware we did not have the queen bed in stock and as soon as I was aware I contacted the customer and asked her if it would be ok to send a temporary frame
until the bed came in which I would order the very next dayShe indicated that she was ok with the temporary frame and I sent my delivery drivers with her purchase containing the temporary frameThe delivery was delayed due to an over abundance of deliveries however the customer was made aware and we attempted to make other arrangements for the following day which was not acceptable she insisted on the delivery being completed that evening and as she requested we delivered that evening. The customer did make me aware of some minor damage to the dresser and dinette and I promptly replaced the dresser as well as the mirror and the dinette set with new ones ordered from the manufacturer without any hesitationI allowed the customer to use the items she was having replaced until the new items came in and could be delivered on her scheduleOnce her items were received I scheduled a new delivery time and personally went on the delivery with my employeesEach of the the items the customer requested to be exchanged were exchanged and the bed she purchased was delivered as wellAt the time she made no indication of any further issues with the furniture
