Beer City

Review: I bought two cases of beer and the next day tried to return them with the receipt and was told "nobody returns beer" by the [redacted]. I said I do and was proceeded to be told that "it is common knowledge in NY that it is illegal to return alcohol" I then looked up the law and told the [redacted] that is not true. Then I was told its his policy, which I then replied you never told me that and there is no sign anywhere which lists your return policy. The [redacted] seemed agitated and started raising his voice so I then said "if you had a sign or just let me know your policy then we would not be having this problem"Desired Settlement: I really feel this business should be required to notify or better yet have a sign stating its return policy.
