Review: I ordered 2 kegs of Heineken beer on May **, 2015. My beer was to be received 5 days later. So, when I didn't receive it. I phoned the company who informed me that my order was cancelled, without notifying me of the change. As per the [redacted] (phone #: ###-###-####), my money was refunded back to my account on 5/**/15. As today my money has not been refunded to my account. I've call [redacted] on numerous times regarding my refund. Unfortunately; he has not responded to any of my messages regarding my refund of $65.30.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is to have my money refunded back to my account.
Review: I paid $59.38 online for a delivery of 12pk beer. My package was never received. I called several times to inquire but they don't answer their phone. They are ignoring my calls and e-mails. It's been two weeks since they took my money.Desired Settlement: I want a refund.

Review: Ordered beer service for a client on 12/* for delivery on 12/*. Delivery was not made and I contacted the company by phone on 12/*. Was advised that delivery was still in process. Sent emails for status update. The mails were never responded to. On 12/** I called again and was advised that the delivery company was doing renovations and delivery would be soon. Contacted company again on 12/**. I was notified that delivery had been attempted on Saturday the [redacted] but my client wasn't home and that they notified me as such via phone call.. I never received a call and the customer was home all day on Saturday. At that point I cancelled the order and was advised that the credit would be posted that night. It's now been 5 days and no sign of a credit. I just want a refund of the 118.00Desired Settlement: Refund of 118.00 Thank You
