***.7/24/- I received a call from an unknown gentleman reporting he had a plumber on the way to fix a sewer back up and to inquire when two Cracked windows would be replacedinformed the caller to cancel the plumber (***'s father) who he called as we had contractors on call for Such emergency repairs.We knew nothing of window replacements*** had discussed the window issue with her realtor as she stated, and we knew nothing about the conversation or that it even took placeThere are two windows with a crack in them but the windows are not broken throughThe property passed a Prince George's County property inspection as well as a rental inspection(See Exhibit G Attached.)We sent a plumber who worked past 11:pm that night (7/24/17) snaking the sewer line to get to the streetOnce he reached the sewer line in the street the blockage was still thereWe had to contact Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (the water and sewer company) to send their repairmen as the blockage was on the pubic lines.8/7/- We were contacted by *** about the window leaking in the dining roomWe asked if we could send a repairman to the property immediately*** informed me that no one was currently home, but she would call her mother to see if she could come overLater in the day, we still had no response from *** So we called her back to inquire about accessing the propertyShe stated she was still waiting and would let me knowI never heard back from herIf necessary, We can retrieve call logs from our phone provider to submit.8/12/- We received an electric bill for the dates of 7/7/17-8/3/(Please see Exhibit B.) We called *** that morning to inquire if the tenant had changed the service into her name and Were informed she had notSo We instructed them to take the Service out of Our name, and We would contact the tenant to place it in her nameWe contacted *** immediately after hanging up with *** to transfer service into her nameThe tenant moved into the property on July 1, Monday July is When *** Contacted *** to put service in her name, per her documents, Exhibit DThis was days after move inThe power not being transferred was a *** mistake, not ours.Desired outcome/Settlement response"All repairs needed are completedPlease see Exhibit F."Three forms of contact for Beeren & Barry are listed in the lease, see Exhibit AYou may add our counsel to that list: *** *** ***Please also see Exhibit E where *** requested to communicate ONLY by email."At no point have any threats to anyone's livelihood ever been made or mob tactics usedThis entire claim is and misleading.Please Contact us if further information is needed.Respectfully,Camille *B*** UManaging Member
