I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I was never told about no policy at check in and there was no secruity on site and I did tell the front desk about the fighting and all I have the clerks to verify I told them. My wife tried to call the number on the door and didnt get a answer. I have reports from there own employees who will verify I complained. Also they have video camares there so they can check it there selfs.

I explained to the guest that there had to be an approval of his refund by a district or a regional manager and that they usually do not provide these refunds. See policy pasted below:When a guest has a Discounted Rate,  this includes Discounted Daily, Weekly and Monthly Rates….  ...

There is NO REFUND ON EARLY CHECK OUT.  Make sure this is explained at check in.Only a District or Regional can approve a refund and even in this event- the rate would go to the RACK Daily Rate for days used.This is why the guest was extend such a low rate, its assumed that the guest will stay the full 30 days, in exchange for the low rate.As to the guests complaints, no one was informed of any fights or anything going on in the parking lot until the guest was ready to check out. If there was fight going on why were we not informed and the police not notified. The hotel never informed the gust there was security guards here but there is staff on site 24 hours a day and [redacted] police frequent the lot quite a bit.
