Beer Roofing and Remodeling

Having to install a new roof (due to hail damage) for the first time and working with my insurance company started off as a very nerve-wracking and scary experience. Since I didn’t understand anything about home claims and my insurance company was barely helping me (unknowingly, I had a very bad policy), I unwisely decided to proceed without them.
So, then I reached out to Home Advisor and immediately several roofers contacted me. I interviewed a few of them, but only one truly made me feel at ease. Jay from Beer Roofing & Remodeling came by with one of his associates where the two of them showed me that they respected and understood my stressful situation. Not once did I feel pressured even though I indicated that there was no insurance company to work with.
Once I felt I was ready to move forward, I reached out to Beer Roofing & Remodeling where I spoke to Taylor for the first time. When I explained my situation to her, she immediately started educating me and telling me about the success her team had with working with insurance companies. Again, there was no pressure but lots of hope and enthusiasm. It was almost like I was talking to a family member and not a company.
While I was waiting for the process to continue between Beer Roofing and my insurance company, one night I heard a pounding noise on my roof. So, I went outside with a flashlight and I saw a raccoon making a hole in my chimney. After making several phone calls without any luck, I called Taylor to ask if there was any way someone can help me get the hole temporarily covered because there was rain in the forecast. Without any hesitation, the next day, she sent out 3 workers and covered not only the original hole, but also another one that they noticed higher up. I was amazed at their response and their willingness to own the situation.
And if that wasn’t enough, while they were working on my claim, they notice that the adjuster was missing items. In fact, some of the items were not listed even though the adjuster had taken pictures! This meant that I was owed more money??
As I continued to work with Taylor, who was concerned with my out-of-pocket (again due to my bad policy), she identified even more savings for the job without compromising the quality of the work.
To conclude, the roof was installed quickly in just one day! When I saw it, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the appearance. With respect to working with Beer Roofing & Remodeling, I honestly feel Jay and Taylor were a true blessing and an answer to my prayers. My only regret is that I didn’t start the process sooner where I could have saved myself unnecessary pain.

Beer Roofing and Remodeling replaced my roof in February and they were so good to help me with my insurance and they did a great job. They cleaned everything up afterwards. I highly recommend them.

New roof installed in 1 day, interior work done in 1 day, both crews were professional and courteous. Highly recommend this company, they make you feel like family. He worked with the insurance company on our behalf to supplement our claim and got us paid for ALL our damages. If you get referred to her or she knocks on your door offering a free roof inspection, consider your self blessed! She walked me through the whole process of identifying storm damage, inviting my insurance out, getting them to cover the damage, and then educated me on my different roofing material options. She supervised the whole project and her crew was so friendly and cleaned up everyday after they were done. They were spotless! No nails in the yard or drive way, no loud obnoxious music or cussing, no trash left behind. Very professional and friendly!
