Bees in the 'Burbs'

I am responding to a complaint sent to the Revdex.com ID # [redacted] .The customer in question came to our store and placed a $NON-REFUNDABLE deposit down for a Nuc (mini beehive).? I have attached the letter which was handed out to all of our customers who have made deposits.? He came back to our store demanding a refund.? He scared my daughter the minute he walked in the door by his rude attitude.? She came outside and got me (Owner of Bees in the 'Burbs).? The customer was obnoxious and demanding a refund.? I told him the deposits were Non-refundable.? He was very rude, I told him to come back in two days and I would give him his refund.? He went out the door swearing and started calling me names.? In the mean time my daughter is in the back of the store terrified.? So yes, I got very upset and said some things back to him.? I did not call the police and the police have NEVER been to our store because of any violence.? The customer did not return to get his refund.? I was ready to apologize to him and return his money.? We still have it in an envelope waiting for him to pick up.? We didn't get his name during this confrontation so I was unable to contact himSince his information is attached to this complaint? I? will email ? him asking for his mailing address and I will mail it to him.? We do not want such volatile customers in our store.? ? ?
