Please provide clarification on issuing the credit for the service calls. There now have been 4 service calls each at $100.00 to install the shower trim and each of these times the plumbers were not able to do this due to not having functioning or correct shower trim. There will also be another service call once the diverter and the part to fix the shower head (shower head too short for the tub ordered). I want clarification that all service calls and the entire $100.00 for each visit will be reimbursed to me by Beeson.
The shower trim was ordered by Beeson representative, as well as the entire bathroom plumbing needs. They should know and have ordered the correct shower trim for the shower head/faucet. The plumbers report that they have communicated to Beeson each time requested. The owner of the plumbing company gave me his cell number and I have provided this to Ms. C[redacted]/Beeson on 5/31/16. I also provided her again with the cell number for the lead plumber. In her response, Ms. C[redacted] did not address the second issue of the shower head being too short for the tub that it was ordered and intended for. All plumbing, including the tub, sinks, faucets in the entire bathroom was ordered at Beeson and at the same time, and the Beeson rep was responsible for ensuring that what she ordered would be appropriate for the tub, etc. I need this issue addressed as well to have a fully functioning bathtub and shower.

I have requested that the customer let me know when they have a price for the correct items and the service call so that we can refund them for this as well.
