Review: The Jack LaLanne Power Juicer Model MT 1020 is under warranty and the company agreed to replace it due to the motor no longer working. I paid the shipping fee of $29.99 and was given a timeframe of 6-8 weeks to receive a new base. I never received an email confirming my purchase. I checked online for an update and it said it was out of stock. I called and was advised that it would be another couple of weeks before they would get another one in but they would expedite my order. When I check on the order status on February 6th, I noticed my order was cancelled! I never received an email stating they cancelled my order. When I called, I spoke with [redacted] and she said it was because they didn't have that model in stock. I immediately asked to speak to a supervisor. [redacted] came on the phone and advised the same thing. I told them this was unacceptable given that my juicer was under warranty and needs to be replaced. Rather than trying to make the situation right, she tried to upscale me to purchase a more expensive juicer. I was appalled! at this point I advised I would be filing a Revdex.com complaint. This company has not met their end of the agreement and is unacceptable!Desired Settlement: I would like a similar or equal juicer to be sent to me.
