***, this is in response to the complaint against us to the Revdex.comThe last time we spoke ( which was about 21/weeks ago) you asked if I would come by and look at the bathroom we remodeled, and expressed your concern about moldI was driving at the time and asked if the number you called on was a good number to call back on so I could check your file, you said your cell phone would be better, since I was driving I asked if you could text me your cell phone and I would get back to you after reviewing your file, you agreed to but I never received a text with your cell number We have been out of town for a week and a half, and when we got back I read the letter of your complaint to the Revdex.comThe days that they gave me to respond had already expired by the time we got back in town Looking back on bank statement deposits revealed that your job was done around September or October Your file was not available for me to review since we get rid of old files after yearsYou stated in your complaint that you had a year warranty, that is incorrect! I would never be able to give a year warranty, our warranty is year which is standard in the industry I would be happy to come by and look at your concern, but cannot be held responsible for work that was done nearly years ago, your warranty has expired, Please let me know if you would like to schedule an appointment to come by Thank you, [redacted] ***

***, I was never given a written contract with the length of the warranty, so I cannot argue with your memory of what you told meHowever, I did have a concern about the same area in question within the first year and had you come out and check itYou assured me everything was fine so I trusted your evaluation and went no further in my investigation of the issueOver the next several years the smell of mold became more and more apparent, but nothing was visibly showing until one month ago when I initially called you about my discoveryI believe the mold is related to the concern I had you come out and check within the first year of the work being done so whether or not I had a year warranty or a year warranty this particular issue was addressed within the warranty period of yearI am not interested in causing you trouble with your business, nor do I intend to hold you accountable for unrealistic reasonsHowever, I found it to be unprofessional that each time I left a message no one returned my call and only when I called from a different number from the one I would leave in my messages would you or *** answerYou both said you'd check the schedule and get back to me, but never called backThen never answered my calls when I would call from that numberThat seemed odd to meI was left not knowing where to go from there so I turned to the Revdex.com in hopes of at the very least getting an answer as to why you were avoiding my callsMy thoughts are that there may have been issues with the craftsmanship or possibly a defect in the materials used that could have caused the problem and I wanted to contact you first before I called any other company since your company did the workI did in fact text you my information right after I spoke with you, but again never receive a call from youI will send you a screenshot of the text I sent you***, I was very happy with the work your company did in the remodeling of my bathroom and I've always recommended you to my family and friends so, again my intentions in this situation are not to bring any negative attention to your businessI just want to know why this mold issue is occurring with the shower and felt that because it was in the area that I was concerned about when you evaluated it in the first year that it was related to that, along with being under the impression that I had a year warranty (which you've explained is not so)Yes, I would like for you to come look at it and would like to know if there is any cost involved with an evaluation***

Your file was not available for me to review since we get rid of old files after 3 years. You stated in your complaint that you had a 5 year warranty, that is incorrect! I would never be able to give a 5 year warranty, our warranty is 1 year which is standard in the industry.   I would be happy to come by and look at your concern, but cannot be held responsible for work that was done nearly 5 years ago, your warranty has expired,   Please let me know if you would like to schedule an appointment to come by.   Thank you, [redacted]
