Before and After Lawn Solutions, LLChas come to the rescue of the company that I worked for twice in the past months [redacted] on [redacted] Highway had a vendor who had the landscaping contract Mr [redacted] was a customer and everyone knew that he was also in the landscaping business but even though he was maintaining the yards of the general manager and his parents yards it was felt that to do this location would be a conflict of interest and Mr [redacted] did not want to go behind someone's back and bid for the business there After about a month and half of unexplained absence and the grass growing wildly the new general manager asked me to call Mr [redacted] to get a bid on fixing the problem He came the next day and fixed the issue and maintained the property without issue until the winter The fact that he was reliable and his work was superior to the former contractor did not prevent the former landscaper from getting the contract again after more managerial changes at my store It was the District Manager who decided this change After the 10th general manager had an issue with the amount of grass growing between the cracks in the pavement in the parking lot, especially around the entrance and the landscaper refusing to take care of the issue without an permanent upcharge , not a one time weed treatment chargeThe general manager asked Mr [redacted] his professional opinion on the dispute Mr [redacted] said that he did not understand how the current landscaper keeps the contract but he would eliminate the weeds in the parking area on his own time at no charge weeks from that day The caveat was that my general manager would have to get the district manager to place Before and After Lawn Solutions, LLC on the approved vendor list for this complimentary visit if there was a change from the current contractor to Before and After Lawn Solutions, LLC Don't take my word for itDrive by my store at [redacted] Hwy and judge for yourself

I first found Keith *** at Before and After Lawn Solutions on *** when my regular lawn service person, Bob, failed to show up for three weeks, late last springThe grass was growing taller by the dayEvery time I'd E-Mail Bob, he'd answer by saying "I'll be there soon." Add this to the fact that Bob would tell you what week he'd be there, but always refused to give you an exact day (he would just show up on whatever day and time he wanted to), and I knew I needed another companyDesperate, because my lawn looked so terrible, I went to *** and called every lawn service listed for my areaKeith was the only person who answered the phone (every single other service went to voicemail)Keith came out, did a great job and charged a fair priceOver the months, I saw that he was willing to set up an exact day, showed up reliably and worked really hardHe also would "go the extra mile." For instance, once, after finishing the lawn, he noticed three small trees that really needed cutting back, but he needed to get to his next customerHe said he'd come back the next day and cut back the treesWhen I got home the next afternoon, he'd already been to my yard, had done a beautiful job on the trees and did not charge any additional moneyWith so many "iffy" contractors out there (and most people have had to deal with at least one), I consider Keith to be a real findAnd while we all know we're not paying for "personality," it's an added bonus that Keith is easy to get along with and a nice personHe's knowledgeable about products for grass and flowers and will generously share his expertise and his lawn and garden products with the customerI'd give Keith my strongest personal recommendation, without hesitation, to anyone

I've used Before and After Lawn Solutions for my lawn care needs for the past 2 years. Mr. [redacted] and his crew are true professionals. Mr. [redacted] whipped my yard into shape and I've seen a major decrease in the amount of weeds in my grass. This team is reliable and has reasonable prices for the amount of work that was needed in my yard.
