Sorry to tell you this but the Mass company is also closed? And a MASS company by the way cannot do business in CT for your information? ? ?

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThe resolution was completed within days of the complaint which was great.? The business response in action was fine.? The text of the reply to you however was misleading.? I find it abhorrent that they are painting a picture of me as an uneducated and uninformed consumer who should have never filed a complaint.? The phone conversation between us was less that pleasant and they did not listen to anything from my/our angle or where they can improve their business but merely see one side of a very skewed picture.? My reply has been delayed by the fact that I am still waiting on IP phone records to prove to them that we called prior to the date I spoke to Harsh on October 31st.? This is a bit ridiculous to me since both me and my spouse were together when he called....twice...and did not speak to Harsh either time so of course he wouldn't know.? The fact that they don't have a record of this is quite frankly not my problem and? insinuating that I am? a liar in the response is pretty disgusting.? This, along with the misrepresentation of when the part actually arrived to the sub contractor and insinuating that I am too stupid to realize how warranties and shipping work is again insulting.? The sub contractor has no vested interest in installing a replacement part or unit when he is essentially doing it for free.? They consider it him honoring work when the defect is the manufacturer and not the problem of the sub contractor.? How I ended up in the middle of this relationship is pretty? bad project management on their end.? They have no interest in paying a ridiculous $labor charge and encouraged him to charge me.? At that point I was fine paying it but the whole thing is just really piss poor business but since they live in a bubble where they do? things correctly and everyone else is lying, confused or uninformed....well there is never? going to be a lesson to be learned on their side.? ? ? Sincerely, [redacted]

The Subcontractor who we recommended to install heat pumps has come out to the home, found out what parts are broken and has ordered those parts from ***? He had to wait month to get those parts? He has today contacts the homeowner to notify him that he will be able to change
the parts tomorrow? The time it takes is not his fault as the part came from the manufacturer? BeFree Solar has no record of calls or any email concerning this issue? We care deeply about customer service and would have tried to expedite things as much as possible had we known about this issue? The one time *** had talked to Harsh about the heat pump not working - Harsh notified the heat pump contractor and he did come out to the home in the next few days? So there was not any large delay? The heat pump contractor is honoring a year labor warranty which he gave on heat pumps and which is not covered by the *** warranty which is only a parts warranty? This complaint is resolved and should not have been filed in the first place as we had no idea that there was a issue as we were never contacted about this issue? Harsh L***
