We ordered a large pizza with sausage and garlicWhen the pizza came it was a large pepperoni and garlic pizzaWhen my husband called to tell them about their mistake he was told that he would have to pay for another pizzaThis occurred on 11/30/around 2:pmWhy should we have to pay for their mistakeThis is a very unprofessional business
Im very upset and feel as if I was racially stereotyped at your south side stony island location I called ahead and ordered a pizza nearly an hour ago The name for the order is Tiffany *** I go to pick up the pizza when it was readyI proceed to pay for the pizza with my credit card The cashier informed me that I need identification with my credit card She told me it was the law and she couldn't run my card without seeing ID first I didn't have ID on me so I had to drive all the way home for my ID because my family was hungry and still wanted the pizza I came back within mins to get the pizza with my ID I showed the cashier my ID (passport) and she said that she couldn't take that as identification This is my second time driving to the location and you are still denying me service because I don't have my drivers license??? I asked to speak with the manager and she also denied me serviceShe just kept saying, "Its the rules Theres nothing I can do about it"I started to feel as if they thought I was trying to commit fraud in order to get the pizza because of my skin color It is illegal to deny a customer a service for the simple fact that I don't have an illinois issued ID I left the establishment frustrated and without a pizza to feed my family for the evening I intend on filing charges for stereotyping and racial profiling from your business
On Friday evening after my Daughters last game of the 2016-seasonMy daughter and a few friends came to my home and we ordered pizza ($48.00) from BEGGARS PIZZA *** S*** ***
It took them approximately 2hr to give me a pizza that was not what I ordered
I requested the Manager and informed him I wanted my money backHe responded we don't give refunds but I will make you another pizzaIt will be an hour wait
I replied that was not acceptableI have somewhere to be, its late and I'm tired
I refused the orderThe manager turned the order open to the public and later directed a security guard to place it on the counter
I contacted the policeThey questioned me and advised the manager my receipt verified what I ordered and I didn't want the pizzaThe manager said he was not allowed to provide refundsI was then given a manager to contact that would be in the next day by the name of *** that would be in on Saturday and Sunday and told to call the same
I received terrible service from the managers and had my number blocked when trying to resolve a issue with the wrong order
