I contacted this business begin with us the first week of February 7th to inquire about enrollment for my child I have a conversation I had with Emily R [redacted] the director who took my information reviewed my information and stated to me that my child could start services on February 13th in the three year class room since he was not old enough for preschool and we did not qualify for pre-k countsIt was a definite statmentSo we scheduled for me to take a tour in February 9th I was contacted the evening of the February 7th stating that since my child was enrolled in the baby/toddler room previously there was a balance that needed to be paid with cash before I could take a tourI went and paid the balance with cash (my opinion is they stated this thinking I would bring the full amount in cash I did) and I have the receiptsWhen I went to pay the amount I told the director that I have took my child out of his current child care services and she stated that's fine we
