I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was specifically informed that due to the fact that my rug needed to be sub-contracted out, that I would be contacted when the rug was returnedAgain, I can understand how a blouse or a pr of slacks could get lost or misplaced, but not a very heavy, wool rug*** cleaners who seemingly cleaned my rug has no idea where the rug isI will move forward with a small claims law suit todayThank you
