I am very displeased with the service being provided by this business, and I strongly advise anyone who is considering them as a potential place to eat to dine othe wiseSelect staff members are rude, impatient, and worst of all, negative, especially towards people calling in, and I absolutely will not stand for itBuyer beware

I am rejecting this response because:
The manager failed to use good customer service skills by not showing empathy and offering a resolution, for example, The manager could of said: "We're sorry sir that the sauce was not made to your satisfaction, can we re-cook your order with just the white sauce and a side dish of red pepper oil, is that okay sir? I also suggested to the manager to not throw away the food but drain the old sauce and make a new white sauce with the red pepper oil in a small separate dish The manager refused my suggestion and threw the food away and gave me the check for just the soup I asked the manager if I could place another order and he would not respond I'm very disappointed with this restaurant because I've been a regular customer for over years and referred my family and friends Any good restaurant would want to hear and resolve customer complaints before being escalated to the Revdex.com

Shrimp and Chicken. He didn't want Hunan sauce. He wanted special sauce. He wanted Hunan Shrimp Chicken with white sauce, extra spicy, extra sauce. So, when the food was ready, he confronted the waiter, "Why sauce have red on it?" It's not with red on it. We explained to him, you can have white sauce, make it hot spicy, if you have spicy sauce, it's red already. You want to make spicy, we need to put some red pepper oil on it, so color be a little red. He don't want to listen to waiter. He want to talk to the manager. So, I come over. He say, "Why sauce so red?" I say it's a little red. We got to put hot pepper on it, make spicy for you, you want it spicy. So he say "No, no, no, the hot pepper is not supposed to be red." So I doing (holk and tender ??) hot pepper oil sauce for him. I tried to explain to him, you see, the hot pepper oil is red, right. You want hot spicy, we got to put some hot pepper sauce on it so the sauce be a little red. But, he say, "Why you put hot pepper on it?" I say you want it spicy, extra sauce, right? He say, "Can you re-cook this food, not make it too red?" I say we cannot do it because this is together already. But he don't care, he say "I just want it hot, white sauce, hot spicy." So I say, I cannot do it, sorry about it. But he say I don't want it. I said okay, you don't want it okay, you just pay for the soup, whatever you eat. That's all. He tell a different story.

Review: While dining inside the Beijing Hunan Chinese restaurant, I ordered the lunch special "shrimp and chicken hunan style with soup and requested white sauce with red pepper. I told the waiter that the sauce was too red and runny, and could they prepare the food with just the white sauce without the red pepper. The waiter said it was nothing wrong, then the manager said that's what I ordered, did not re-cook my order because he said he would lose money, then took the food away and would not serve me anymore food, and told me to go. The waiter brought me the check for the soup only less the dish I asked him to re-cook. Poor customer service.Desired Settlement: The manger should have apologized for my order not prepared to my satisfaction and re-cook the order or offered another selection from the menu.
