On 12/29/16, I received a courtesy call from Revdex.com in regards to a complaint and lack of response. It was determined that Beinhower Bros. never received the complaint as a result of a typo in an e-mail address. The complaint was filed on 12/14/16, and was resolved...
between the customer and Beinhower Bros. at the same time. Beinhower Bros. agreed to not charge the customer on the basis that he was not properly informed of the cost prior to performing the requested service. As a follow up, a "credit invoice" with notations was mailed to the customer.
