RE: Complaint ID #: [redacted] Consumer Information [redacted] 11/8/17Hi [redacted] ,This customer reached out to us because she was wanting a refund on two products she purchased.When we looked into those orders, we noticed that we were not the vendorShe ordered products from a sponsor in one of our emailsSo, we were the affiliate, but we did not take the paymentShe ordered directly from the other company.However, because she did find out about the company through one of our emails, we offered to open a refund ticket for her with the companyThis is not anything we are required to doHowever, because we want to help as much as we can, we did put in the request.I checked and both of those orders were refunded by the company and I have included a screenshot below.So her complaint, really does not involve a purchase with us.I am also including screenshots of our conversations with her and our notification to her that we opened a ticket on her behalf[redacted] Operations / Customer Service Manager Blink Publishing [redacted]
