We signed Designated Agency when listing our property with Beiser Realty. During the course of the listing and sale, we discovered our agent was working as a dual agent. When bringing this matter to the attention of the Broker/Owner we were met with a lack of understanding and/or concern. Our complaint was considered poor communication on our part and they took no ownership. We were then sent an unprofessional and threatening letter via certified mail. This letter made reference to one of the consumer's place of employment and how the real estate transaction may affect the consumer's place of employment.
