I ordered the Beka rigid heddle frame for Christmas and I am still unable to use it because the instructions received are not clearI messaged the company and they referred me to several tube tutorials but none of the tutorials were for their frames so the actual warping of the frame is not available anywhereTheir frame is very different from the ones on the tutorialsI asked that they make a tutorial but to,d me to flat out take a classI have been u able to find a class that uses their framesI am trying to return the frame for a refund but they say they only honor returns for daysSo , I’m stuck with a brand new frame I cannot use

Our notes are that Ms [redacted] purchased a loom from us on 12/18/2017, after which she contacted us by email, asking for advice on where to find information helpful to a novice handweaver. Ms [redacted] requested authorization to return the loom on 2/18/2018 in an email note, well beyond our published...

30 day return period. There has been no indication that the product (which has been sold and used successfully since the early 1970s) is defective. Ms [redacted] has apparently found using the loom to be more difficult than she expected. We have decided to give her a refund when the product is returned to us in good condition.
