Great experience with [redacted] Does It All this past week Our furnace stopped working on a chilly morning and service tech [redacted] was out to our house within a few hours He was professional and experienced, fixing our furnace (problem due to a few chipmunks), did a tuand cleaning all at once I would highly recommend both [redacted] and [redacted] in the future Prices were average
Korte does a great job on our annual furnace check in the fall and air conditioning check in the spring John F was professional and a great representative for this company to send out this fall for the furnace check They have a program calledThe Korte club and we always rejoin each yearIt is a great program for their customers
Just wanted to state that the service provided by Korte Brothers and [redacted] in particular were outstanding Called them to advise of a furnace issue to schedule a visit They called back within the hour to advise that they could come that morning [redacted] arrived, identified the problem, ordered the part needed and had everything wrapped up in approximately hours [redacted] was courteous and explained everything that he was doing, which I appreciated very much I have dealt with Korte over the last years and have always been completely satisfied with their professionalism
Neal K and Aaron K were very professional They dealt with problems they ran into quickly and completely Everything they needed to do was explained before hand Their work was done with the focus of it being done the right way I appreciated that greatly
I have been a customer of Korte for over yearsAt no time have I been disappointedThey are always there to make things rightI had a heat pump installed by them in the summer, no problemsWent to turn on the heat for the first time last FridayThe heat pump worked fine but could not get the furnace to turn onCalled KorteThey sent Brian P to look at it on Monday afternoonHe thought he had fixed the problemFurnace would not kick onCalled Tuesday morning and Brian said he would be out that afternoonBrian had taken the time to research the problem before he came out to the houseBrian is an asset to this companyKnowledgable and he cares about his workHe is not the only employee like thatI have never had a bad experience with any of the employees thereThat is why I have been a satisfied customer of Korte for all these yearsThey make it rightThey work with their customers to keep us all happyI cannot say enough about BrianHe was going to stay there until the problem was fixedAnd he fixed the problemTold me if I have any other problems to call immediately Another satisfied customerI send all my family and friends to Korte

We had purchased some new kitchen appliances and needed some plumbing work and some gas line work in order to accommodate the appliances Tom did the plumbing and gas line work and installed the appliances He did a nice job He showed up on time, even though we had gotten a lot of snow the night before and we live miles from Ft Wayne
[redacted] and [redacted] were polite, punctual and courteous during our seasonal service check [redacted] made sure to keep me updated on what they were doing and took the time to explain thingsThey were both very knowledgable and thoroughI feel very confident in the work that Korte Dos It All performs
I had a problem with the wires to my well pump and Korte came out and fixed the problem quicklyHe did everything right and would recommend this business to anyone!
