We apologize for the issues that the customer endured during his relocation. As the move was in excess of miles, the charges are bsed upon the weight of the shipment. While we feel our charges were accurate, we are amenable to offering the customer $as a goodwill gesture to
settle this dispute. We hope that this will assist in bringing closure to this situation
