I have been sold a faulty remote start, Honda West refuses to acknowledge that it's faulty or help find solution

I purchased a remote start and new Honda Civic sedan(Model # of remote start is RS-13AC) I am very frustrated, as this remote start is faulty, and does not do what I was told it wouldPlease see the attached pictures of my information guide for the remote start- in my information guide to the remote start, it says that the transmitter range is ftMy remote start often does not start from ft aware, in clear view, with no obstructionsAs well, It is not able to restarted at allI know that depending on the mode (minute or minute) the car cannot be restarted for a that amount of time, however when trying to start it half an hour or even multiple hours later it still won't start at allOften when I start my car remotely, it does not start, but instead the trunk opensThis is not a safe feature as it leaves my car open for someone to break in

April 21, - Car won't startHad it towed to Honda WestAccording to the Service adviser, car had faulty starterRecommended to replace starter and service inspection
April 22, - Service adviser emailed me that they had completed the job order and the car is ready for pickupI was able to come by to Honda West after my work at around 6:pmHonda West is already closed and the car is already parked outsideUpon starting the car, I noticed that the engine light is onI had no chance to talk to the service adviser because they are already closed
April XXXX - Didn't use the car over the weekend
April 25-26, - Used the car for my everyday commute to workI noticed that the starter is still acting up every now and then (starter sometimes doesn't crank the engine, just clicks) Used a diagnostic tool for the check engine light and got an error codeI googled the error code and it led me to a stripped wire just beside the new starter, just below the exhaust
