I have a home in Osceola and Concord Ritter has a monopoly in the delta so not much of a choice in that area I have the most basic cable you can have (not even a box) because I am only in Osceola to days a month I pay more there with Ritter then I pay for TV and Internet in Concord and its in the sticks On top of that you lose connection while watching Going to dish or direct tv It will be cheaper and they can't be any worse

Ritter Communicatins is the biggest ripoff. In the area where I live, Ritter is the ONLY option for Internet and the Internet never works. I pay way too much for this awful of service. If they're going to be the only option they need to step up their game. They make me want to move.

I wish millington had another internet service provider I paid my bill with a customer service worker on Friday do Tuesday after labor my services went off I called to get my services restored they said they would restore it for 24 hrs But I waited two hrs for my services to come back on nothing so I called again they tell me to bring proof in that I paid it cause they don't see where I paid an now it's after hrs an they closed still no service an my term paper due Ritter really sucks
