Beko Appliances

I purchased a Beko dishwasher 11/14/2019. Model #*** from PC Richards. On 11/23/2019, I submitted all paperwork. On 11/23/2019, I was advised I should receive my rebate in approx 6-8 wks. On feb 4, 2020, I followed up with customer service in which they stated they would look into it. I also followed up with the rebate unit. I was advised, it was declined because PC Richards did not sign up for the rebate. I advised they are an authorized dealer. I was advised they would look in to it. I have yet to hear. My claim #
