In Octwe purchased a car from Belair ToyotaIn Nov2015, we went for an oil changeAfter the job was done, we start driving the car and it started to jerk then smoke started to come out of the hoodI opened the hood to inspect the dip stick and noticed it being dry! No oil! Belair denied it saying they had put too much oil in the car and would have no impact on the carWe called another [redacted] garage in the region, and told us in future we will have issues with the valves and will likely ceaseWe mentioned it to Belair but they said the car will have no issue and they did not want to take responsibility for itIn May 2017, on our way to work, the check engine light came on and the car started to lose powerThe prognosis was the valves had ceased and needed to be replacedShortly after we sold the car and changed brandsWe will not go back to Belair Toyota

A sales person named Stu M [redacted] from Ottawa's Bel Air Toyota "liked" and put up an applause icon for the " [redacted] " commentI don't mind the original " [redacted] " coming from some random person, but I don't think a Toyota employee should be making personal attacks on Toyota customers

Unnecessary replacement of the alternator was done while it was only the replacement of the battery that was needed [redacted] was stranded with a dead battery in her [redacted] on August 11th 2017, since the vehicle is years old (maybe its time for a new battery)So I went to Bel Air Lexus [redacted] to get a new one & the vehicle was fine ever sinceA few months after on December 4th the battery died & we got the vehicle towed to Bel Air Lexus to get it fixThe next day we were told by [redacted] ( [redacted] at Bel Air Lexus) that the problem was the alternator & the alternator killed our new battery [redacted] said that they will replace the alternator & give the battery a slow charge over night & retest the next dayThe next day [redacted] called to say that I will need a new battery as well because it did not take the slow chargeI told him no problem, replace the battery it is under warranty since it is not even months o

I've brought my [redacted] in for it's first two servicesEverything I've had an issue with like noisy wipers, excessive reving at start up, whining noise at lower temps around rpm All or other platitudesI won't be buying here again
