A review of the company's response regarding the cost of the repair and the tax shows that they were avoiding paying the tax to the County Their math was not even correct They added =and got instead of They indicated that the tax was However, the amount we paid was += They came up with a total of They told us that the tax was 37.00.Is it not the law that a receipt must be provided for services rendered and paid We never received a receipt It is clear that their business practices are geared toward avoiding paying taxes I note that they did not provide you with a copy of any receipt That is because they never gave one I would really like to have a receipt for this service.The company was also wrong about the car being in an accident There was no accident The bumper had been cracked for at least a year When the car was left at Kustom Kolors, the tail light worked They are the ones who disconnected it and we do not know why.This company runs scams against the consumer and against paying taxes to the proper authority They should have their books examined and the tax agencies should investigate them They still should pay the $it cost for us to have the car properly fixed after they messed it up

I am responding to claim id ***Customer didn’t want to pay sales tax and got mad and started cussing and calling me foul names and walked out saying were is a damn bank machine and slamming our door really hard so he was just upset about having to pay sales tax and he is making false
claims.We only replaced his rear bumper and repainted it and replaced a driver side front door moulding and bumper clipswe did not charge nor agree to replace the plate light or anything other then that and did not work on the tail light or have to do anything to his tail lightThe kia soul was hit in the rear of vehicle damaging the rear bumper cover and license plate lamp and most likely from the impact the tail light came disconnected from the impact of the hit and the customer is just trying to find ways and reasons to get us to pay for his issues because he was upset about having to go to the bank and get the sales tax money. Replace rear bumper cover and refinishReplace driver front door mouldingBumper clips x (sublet) $778.11 + $sublet = $800.11 X 8.0% sales tax = $62.40Total $840.51 I am also attaching a photo of a kia soul for reference of the customer claiming we had something to do with his tail light not working or disconnected in the pic you will clearly see that the bumper cover we replaced is no were near the bumper cover we replaced and we did not work on the tail lights what so ever
