Our 9-year-old daughter has been taking voice lessons with Jeanie for a year, and she has grown tremendously. Jeanie fosters her love of singing, builds her confidence, and improves her technique with each and every lesson. Working with Jeanie has inspired her to sing in her school's variety show, audition for musicals, and participate in theater camps and dance classes. Awesome! My son started piano two years ago with Jeanie at Bel Canto Studios. I'm very pleased with his progress. The level of challenge is just right so that he makes continuous progress without too much frustration. Having taken music lessons as a child/teen, I especially like that Jeanie emphasizes more than just playing the correct notes and doesn't let things like technique, rhythm and dynamics slide. My son also worked with Jeanie to prepare a monologue for competition (his 1st). He son had a blast working with her and the end result was a perfect score from the judges!
