Bel D'Oro Jewelers

Review: My movado watch was dropped off at Bel Doro Jewlers to have rust repair. They told me it would have to be sent out. It took several months for the watch to come back to the store. They never contacted me, I simply found out it was in when I happened to stop by to inquire. I told them I did not have all of the money and would pay it off. When I went to finalize the payment prior to Christmas, I went to the store and it was closed down. They went out of business with my very costly Movado watch and never tried to contact me.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my (fixed) watch in a timely fashion. I have no problem paying the remaining balance, but if that is the case I would also like a letter of apology for my inconvenience and them basically stealing my merchandise.
