Cuyahoga landmark had three deliveries to my residence, two for top soil ,one for rockThe trucks drove off my driveway twiceThird delivery was on 9/2/2017, I noticed driver cracked my driveway, .we had manager Sean V*** come out to home, as he promised me he would take care of us, he then denied responsibilty stating there are two sides to every storyhe referred me to owner of Landmark, Gary S*Gary S*** was uncooperative and did not want to fix damage or give me insurance informationEventually Philadelphia Insurance sent adjuster *** *** out to property on september 15th, she recommended fixing driveway*** *** agent *** *** denied claim, stating driveway settling, even though no contractor who has seen my driveway would say that was the cause, damage obviously caused by Landmarks delivery trucksGary S*** refuses to pay for damage his drivers caused to my property, stating we signed delivery waiver on previous delivery I did not sign
