Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
Sincerely,
*** ***: I have read the message from Revdex.com, and I totally agree with that letter, since indeed in a principle, the estimate of the workshop is the same as the final receiptBut as a victim, I do not have to call the insurance (state farm) pressing them to settle the account, it is the workshop that has the obligation to negotiate with the insurance already mentionedas a client Do I have to press the two businesses? where is the service of both? the prestige? I have to pay for something that I did not do? My desire is not to harm any business if both agree as soon as possible and in the best wayI have lost hours, days of work and unpleasant moments listening to words from both businesses, where they press me that I have to call each of them, if I need my car, that is a stressAs if that were not enough, I have been trying for three weeks to get my car and a week without it, because the rent also had to be delivered, I have already lost a full week of work, and that is more than the amount that one of the two You have to payThe workshop needs to return my car, it's not fair that I'm losing more money than what they would loseThe workshop earns three times more than what was charged, but it is not my point, it is your business and I respect it, the insurance your excuse is the courtesy that they said they had to repair the bomperI think that each one of them should have a set of guidelines regarding the repair of each of the parts of a car, in this case like the bomper, if it is acceptable to repair everything by a blow from any of the corners or could only repair the damaged, and if not notify the client, to see if he agreed that maybe he would run on his ownBut that did not happen, I was never notified of anything like that, then, why do I have to pay? what the insurance refused to pay and the workshop did it out of courtesyPlease consider this is too much stress for meThank you

State Farm Insured hit the front bumper of Ms. [redacted]’s vehicle. Claim: [redacted] Ms. [redacted]’s vehicle was hit by a State Farm Insured. We have petitioned State Farm numerous times to get this resolved. The bumper had to be removed from the vehicle. We are unable to remove half of a bumper....

The insurance company is aware of this but has refused to pay for full removal of the bumper. Ms. [redacted] did not ask to be hit and have her vehicle damaged. She should not be responsible for any of these fees, she was backed into. State Farm is aware of this and does feel they should be responsible. We have had this situation with other insurance companies and they have paid for the removal in full. They do not pay for damage not caused by the accident. We do not expect them to pay for this nor do we charge the insurance company. We do expect to be paid for the work done as a result of the accident and feel no one is holding the insurance companies responsible to do the repair properly. We repaired the scratch on the prior damaged part (per State Farm) of the bumper as a courtesy and did not charge the customer or the insurance company. Bel-Red needs to be paid for the repairs done as a result of the accident caused by a State Farm insured. State Farm insists that Ms. [redacted] should be responsible for a portion of this accident even though it should not be her responsibility. Through many lengthy conversations we have had with State Farm, they agree to pay for half of the prior damage they assessed. Why half? State Farm needs to pay for the full amount of removing the bumper and repair of the damage caused by their insured. They should not be allowed to punish this customer because she is the victim. I have attached the estimate for prior damage State Farm has written along with the estimate to repair from the insurance company. They feel that Ms. [redacted] should be responsible for more than half of the repair. I have included the final repair bill from our shop that shows the insurance company was not charged for the repair to the prior damage and that we did it as a courtesy to the customer. Ms. [redacted]’s fight is with State Farm. We have tried to help her through this process. I told her to file a complaint against State Farm but instead she filed it against us, a possible language barrier. This woman is the victim of a large insurance company that does not do the right thing and needs your assistance. Neither she nor the body shop should be responsible for these costs.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: It should not take 7 weeks to fix my car when their estimate was 2 to 3 days.  If they have problems with Tesla that is not my problem.  I work in downtown Seattle, the idea that I should have to drive back to their facility after several weeks to pick up my car in Bellevue (1/2 hour away), and then redeliver my car when they have the part is nuts.  If others were willing to do it, so be it, I am not.  Why didn't they tell me not to drop the car off until they had received the parts if they were having trouble with Tesla.  All their response is excuse after excuse for terrible service.  I did pick it up this morning

I don't know how to respond to this complaint. We have been keeping Mr. [redacted] up to date on his parts and repair. We offered to put his newly painted bumper on so he could have his vehicle to drive while we waited for his reinforcement beam to arrive. He declined to do this. Because of the...

problems we are having with Tesla parts we are now dismantling customers vehicles to get a complete estimate with hidden damage so we can order all parts before we start the repair. Our other customers are happy with this resolution as is the insurance companies. His reinforcement beam arrived 8/3, the tracking number we gave Mr. [redacted] was [redacted]. We along with Tesla are working on these problems. None of us wish to keep vehicles here waiting parts. It is not good for business. We received his part August 2nd.Mr. [redacted] has been notified that his vehicle was finished 8/7 around 4:30pm. He will be picking up his vehicle this morning
