A promised to repair said damages to adjacent property and not following through.
Company workers were informed by me to please be careful with the landscape area and trees which they acknowledge politely. End results are two finger banana trees with bananas destroyed and a pink crape myrtle tree severely butchered. Mr. Belair and I spoke over the phone several times and he promised to replace them. I am still waiting. Please help me as I am a disabled U.S. Marine veteran.

The crype mrtly shrub pictured below has no damage, it looks the same as it did when we started the job next door.
Does the complainer have a before picture? I have called several nurseries in the area, all crypes are dormant. they all look sickly this time of year.
In order to replace it, we would need to wait till march so it the new shrub doesn/t go into shock and die during a freeze. But we did not damage the shrub. The homeowner has told Mr. Belair he would take money. we are not going to give him money. We did nothing to damage the shrub. This homeowner is not our customer and according to the business next door that we were working on he constantly tries to get them to pay for damages to his property that they have no responsibity for.
I'm not sure what to do at this point, but we take no responsibilty for his unkept yard, he seems to be looking for an opportunity to take advantage of a business and get a check.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Why do you continue to negate what you have promised because of your company's mistakes. It doesn't make a business weaker when that said company admits when they are wrong and m
rights the wrong. It only makes you more reliable and a company I would rather be more comfortable in doing business with. The choice is yours sir. Oh and btw do you really want me to show you pictures of my front lawn?

Sir, I have been going by your house for the last 7-months, due to our home is 1-mile to the West of you and our Office is 1-mile to the East. I have watched that Crype myrtle Flourish!! After the spring Season. It must be 3-taller since November. I'm so happy for you.
I know the November - March they are dormant and did not look as Pretty as they do now. I have Pics of the tree growth for the last 5-months.
So, We as Belair Wall Systems Inc. That has never had a complaint in 24-years, Felt like we were being bullied. We new there was no damage. My wife has 2-acres of tropical plants and Crape myrtles.
She has payed attention to growth of bush over the months. ( it needs trimming) by the way, In the cooler months of coarse.
With all this said, We still hold our current position w/ this matter. I will forward the wonderful Pics of the bush.
