This order was placed by you (Not via phone) on our website 8/14/2014 at 6:39 pm CST standard time, which is 2 hours after we closed, so there is no possible way you called and talked to anyone. This order was than processed and shipped in our warehouse on...
08/15/2014, therefore Monday (8/18/2014) will be the first business day and Tuesday (8/19/2014) is the second business day. Also attached is a screen shot of the checkout screen which clearly shows that "Weekends are not shipping days" as well as the shipping and returns policy link. In fact I was actually next to the person speaking to you at the time of the phone call and there had been no cussing involved by him. There will no credit issued as we processed your order as the way it had been placed by you via internet. Our website which is the attached screen shot, clearly shows that weekends are not shipping days. There is no hidden fine print as this is largely printed in red.
