I am rejecting this response because:  I acted in good faith and did what I was supposed to do.  I have even offered to send ShopAtHome my paid hotel bill.  How does ShopAtHome prove to ME that Hilton has not responded or the response wasn't lost?  This is a secret process I have no control of.  I have gotten all my smaller cashbacks almost immediately with no problem and there have been many.  Why is this the only one that's held up?  Also, I just got an email from ShopAtHome this morning for a 5% rebate on Hilton.  They are still advertising these rebates so SOMEONE must be getting cashback.....just not ME!  A company that is rated A+ with the Revdex.com should pay this and move on.  That's what an A+ company does.

I don't know when they changed their terms, but the 9% advertised rate was still up on their website when I clicked through for the 2nd and 3rd orders. I would not have proceeded otherwise as there are better cashback rates available than 3%. Further, these orders were made in the early hours of 11/29 EST and this company is based on the west coast where it would still be 11/28. Also, if Barnes & Noble does not credit orders, then do not advertise them on your website as being a cashback merchant. Simple as that.

I am going to file my complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, CO state Attorney General and ask a consumer news team to do a story on the endless 'errors' that are associated with this shopping program. It shouldn't be this hard to get a simple request fulfilled.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and the result was explained to me by the company.  I still think that I was tricked into signing up for [redacted] - maybe they could make it clearer how you sign up.  They said I clicked on some EULA button but I cannot even remember doing that.  they have taken me off of their e-mail and they did help me get the tool bar off of my toolbar but I am still not happy - seems computer program are made to trick people into signing up.

[redacted], Per our response to service ticket 331514, there is a limit to the number of codes you may reveal per day (one), there is no limit on how many you can print once you have already revealed the codes. Per the ShopGold FAQs, ShopGold program only allows you to reveal the code for one gift...

card per day. You will need to reveal a new code each day. Therefore, you will only be able to reveal the code and print one code per day. The FAQs are located herehttp://www.shopathome.com/shopgold-faqsby clicking "How It Works" under your Current ShopGold.  Once you have redeemed your cards and revealed your codes, you can then print your gift cards using the instructions we provided on 10/20/16.  You mentioned that you received an error when attempting to print about a print limit.  We do not know what messaging you have received, as we do not impose a limit on the number of gift cards you can print, once the codes have already been revealed. However, the stated policy of redeeming 1 code per day still applies. Therefore, you will only be able to print the gift cards for codes that you have already revealed. Per our request earlier this morning, please respond to ticket 331514 with a screenshot of the message you received regarding a print limit so that we may research further.
