He's an habitual liar. I have his "e-mails" from messages left on my Vonage message machine. He clearly tells me that he's lined up the Transportation. Earlier on a phone call, he told me not to worry about putting it in writing, instead telling me, "I've been in the business for 40 years, you can trust me, blah, blah, blah", so we didn't sign a Contract. It was oral, but substantiated by the attached voice mail. If we didn't have a Contract, why did he leave this message? His message tells me he's backing out of his responsibility and now I'm the one to get someone new. That's not how it works. It is STILL his responsibility to move the Doublewide and HIS job to get someone new, not me. He can't just dump his Contractual Obligation on me. His client that I'm buying the doublewide from is a [redacted]. so I trusted the two of them. I don't care what he says I said, it's IRRELEVANT. He did not fulfill his end of our Contract, I spent countless hours lining up a new mover, he had NOTHING to do with getting a new mover, and I want compensation of $500 for doing his job. His voice messages, when transcribed to my computer, are legal proof of our Contract, according to UETA Federal laws and NYS laws that embody the UETA Federal laws.

May 27, I came back from out of town to my office to call and discuss with [redacted] the reason why we were...

not able to move the home and to suggest alternate businesses who might be able to help him out. He did not answer so I left a message on the answering machine and left right away to go back to the holiday week end as planned. My office was closed for the holiday week end from Fri at 4:00 p.m. until Tues at 9:00 a.m. My message left to [redacted] stated that my transporter, RJ Transport, was no longer doing secondary moves and for that reason, Belden, in turn would not be able to do the move job. We have worked exclusively with RJ Transport for years and they are the only ones we would work with.There were several messages (Sat.11:00,11:04,11:14) left over the course of the week end by [redacted] and the 4th one at 4:19 p.m. on Sat.-stated that he had found George @G&S but this is your problem not mine" (I had left his name for him to call on the phone message that I left on Sat.) I believe he has contracted this outfit to do the job and they are proceeding within his time frame.At 6:26 a.m. Sunday, [redacted] left a message stating: " I have a big problem with you."" I am talking to a attorney on Tues. morning. [redacted] called me on tues. afternoon and when I tried to explain that their were other companies I would suggest, he did not allow me to speak but he continued to be belligerent on the phone so I hung up. I do not need to be subjected to his foul mouth and threats.I never received a call back about a written contract as to what work would be done or a call about paying for the job. As far as his claim we have witnesses to above matter, I have never met this man. Also, the e mails he claims I sent, I would like to see these because I don't e-mail and never have.I think Mr. [redacted] should be more truthful in his accusations.
