The customer's son took driver education at this schoolOn April 30, the students last day of behind the wheel training his record was turned in to me for final inspection and approval before his certificate of complete can be issuedAt that point it was discovered that mother lied about his age on the state agreement contract signed 11/10/( please see attached training agreement), saying that he was 15years and month, and he was notI called the customer's(mother) and informed her that I could not legally issue a Certificate to her son on a falsified state document without the State of Ohio approvalShe asked me how could I fix it? I told her I would have to report it to the State and see if he take the class over with no additional of other repeat cost, with a start date of May 4, The Mother stated that the child had games that week, but she would get back to me on the matter, however when I called her back on May 1, she stated " that her son would not step foot in that ***school again, he's going to take the Online course and the ***driving school is going to pay for her son to take the online classI informed her that my Driving school is not going to pay for the online class and that I would check with the State of Ohio to see what could be doneI sent the child's paperwork to the state to be inspected, All the paper work was in order and correct the state told me to issue her son a certificateI called the mother and asked her when could the child get his driver's license and she stated that he could not get them until late June when the child would turn years old Desired Settlement of the Customer is not warranted due to the fact that had she waited for the State of Ohio approval that a certificate could be issued, which was issued prior to the child turning years old when he could legally obtain a driver license this would not be a issueThe fee she paid to my school was for the certificate issued had nothing to with her paying for the online course on her ownI spoke with the State of Ohio regarding her requesting a refund and was informed she would have to get the refund from the online course site that her son used, and that Belden Village Driving School has completed is responsibility to the customer

She asked me how could I fix it? I told her I would have to report it to the State and see if he take the class over with no additional of other repeat cost, with a start date of May 4, 2015. I informed her that my Driving school is not going to pay for the online class and that I would check with the State of Ohio to see what could be done. I sent the child's paperwork to the state to be inspected, All the paper work was in order and correct the state told me to issue her son a certificate. The fee she paid to my school was for the certificate issued had nothing to with her paying for the online course on her own.
