LeafGuard Northwest, Inc(“LeafGuard”) has tried to assist the Customer with the problems that she has been having with her system and apologize for any frustration that she has experienced. Because of a unique situation with the drain tile, LeafGuard was required to design a downspout to
connect into the drain tile. LeafGuard had addressed and fixed a leak due to the unique design of the downspout. Regarding the roof, LeafGuard did address the issue, but the Customer was not satisfied. Thus, LeafGuard contacted a roofer to fix the problem, which it did After a weekend of rains in the area, LeafGuard has not been told that there were any lingering problems. Thus, LeafGuard considers this matter closed

Based on our review of the Customer’s complaint, we determined that due to a miscommunication, there was a delay in providing the gas card. The gas card has been mailed to the Customer this day and
apologize for the day. We believe this resolves the Customer’s complaint

LeafGuard Northwest, Inc. (LeafGuard) apologies for any misunderstand that it contributed to and/or frustration it caused the Customer because of any potential miscommunication.  The Customer is correct that he is entitled to a total of $225.00 in gift cards, $25.00 for receiving the estimate...

and $200.00 for purchasing a roof replacement.  Upon a customer paying balance due on a particular job, LeafGuard orders the required gift cards through a third-party vendor.  In this situation, the Customer paid in full on October 26th.  The gift card was then ordered on October 28th.  LeafGuard advises its customers that it generally takes four to six weeks for the gift cards to arrive to the customers after the job has been paid in full.  Potentially, there was some miscommunication regarding this information.  Nevertheless, LeafGuard has contacted the Customer to advise that it purchased a $225 gift card locally and put the gift card in the mail to him yesterday.  Accordingly, LeafGuard considers this matter closed.
