installed on February 5, When the window was installed in her vehicle, it was a brand new window and no cracks were observedWe even tinted the window for free to match her existing window tintWhen she came to pick up her vehicle, no issues were observed, with the window, Several days later, she returned and pointed out a small, hard-to-see crack in the new windowWe offered to order a new replacement window and install it at no additional cost to herShe refusedWe take pride in completing our jobs in a timely manner and satisfying the customer's needs and expectationsWe regret that we did not do so in this case, due to the customer refusing to allow us to replace the window for herSincerely, Michael S*Owner

I am rejecting this response because:Dear, Revdex.comI am responding back to what belen glass had to say about my windowlike I had said in the last letter I took my car to the belen glass & mirror on 2-5-to get it fixed at 11am they had said it would take one hour to get it done but took until almost four in the afternoon to be done so by the time he said I could go pick up my car I had to get my kids from school and belen glass was closed by the time I was coming homeI called them the next day on 2-6-but the phone just kept ringing so I called back on 2-8-and told them that the window had a crack across the bottom and that I had noticed it because the tint was a different color then the one I had on my windows and the gentleman on the phone said bring it by and that he would look at it but couldn't that daySo I took it on the 9th of Feb so they can look two gentlemen came out and looked at my window and one guy said it must have happened when we put it in and the other one said oh we didn't see that but the first window they ordered was broke so they had to get a new one and that it was hard to put in thereAnd that they will order another window to put it in and it can be there in a few days I said okMy boyfriend was with me as a wittness and we even asked about a windshild for his carA week went by so I called again to see what was going on with the window because I havnt heard anything from themThe gentleman that answered ask the other one if they ordered my window, he said yes and they should have it the next day well next day came and no window so I told the guy on the phone so it takes two to three weeks to get a window and I wasnt happy with how he was yelling at me about it over the phone and that I would be contacting someone because if they werent going to fix the window that they can refund me the $so I can go somewhere else because I didnt pay that amount to have a broken windowI have three kids and Dont need it to brake moreI never heard back from any of Belen glass workers or Mike and I never refused for them to replace the window but shouldnt take weeks to fix itAnd there is no way anyone could have hit the window and made it crack where its atI asked the Dealership they said that had to be done when the window got put inI had told the belen glass some of my buttons didnt work either after they put the window inI have two witnesses my ex father in law *** *who was with me the whole day waiting for my car on the 5th of feb and my boyfriend that went with me over there *** *They both seen it the same day and heard everything over the phone and when we went to belen glassAnd of course they are going to try and cover themselfs but its not right to be unprofessional and rude how they areI will send picture if neededThanks
