dear sir I just wish to say that that concoction that you pass for MOZZARELLA it is not it. it has a horrible taste.and I can attest to what I say because I am Neapolitan woman where the real mozzarella was invented and is made,that is, the real MOZZARELLA DI BUFALA,which is made in Campania. IN no other part of Italy can they make the real Mozzarella and if they make it, like the one you make,,,, it is a very bad tasting imitation.You may make other cheese product very good (but I noticed that also the Asiago is different from the one made in Italy it should be softer, not so hard) but any way I said what I wanted to say, because it hurts me and many other Italians to see such a bad advertisement and imitation of a DOC product.
