complaint about the bag in the first place. I would like to let you know that I did submit the pictures of the damaged products to [redacted] headquarters and we are in the middle of dealing with the situation! Like I promised before, we will be able to do something for you! As for the bag being back on the sales floor, I was just as surprised as you were. Sometimes the part time help doesn't take the time to read notes and inspect items before they hit the floor. I have talked with each staff member to ensure this does not happen again! As for the email, I apologize as it must have gotten past me somehow! It is not like me at all to completely ignore an email, especially when it was about a complaint I am handling personally. So as a sincere apology, I would like to offer you your complete store credit, even before [redacted] offers it to us! We consider each and every person that walks into our stores a valued customer and I personally want to ensure that you feel as though you are important to us.
