Hi [redacted],I did speak with UPS to start a claim, however they are adamant that it delivered to the school address on file which is [redacted] Auburn WA [redacted]. So me stating that the original package did deliver via tracking UPS Tracking: [redacted] is not false as UPS confirms it. Prior to me knowing the package did not make it to you I also offered to refund the items as per the attached email and sent the checks the very next day. I've also attached images of each of those from our accounting system. I have also attached our email chain. You spelled [redacted] as attached and did not include an "e" on the end. Once she receives the check I would encourage her to go ahead and deposit the check as is. I have personally deposited many a check where the spelling of my last name is incorrect and sometimes includes a d on the end or someone misspells the word Believe. In the event the check can not be deposited I would be happy to re-issue a new one. [redacted]'s refund was for the Cinnabon Kit, item [redacted], that was on back order for the entire school, but has since delivered to the school a second time via tracking UPS Tracking: [redacted] In addition to the refund I can reship item [redacted] for [redacted], but aside from that I'm not sure what else our Company can do at this point to resolve the issue?  [redacted]VP of Operations[redacted]

We have refunded to individual customers in full retail at [redacted]'s request via email. The original package that was in replacement was delivered to the school and signed for by [redacted]. [redacted] states the school has no record of receipt.  We mailed check [redacted] in the amount of $7 to [redacted] and...

check number [redacted] in the amount of $16 to [redacted]. Both checks were mailed January 6th.

CurtI apologize for any issues as we try to make our process as simple and tight as possible.  When we make mistakes, going back to print just one items costs over $100 due to machine setup, etc.  That is why we take our quality and accuracy so seriously.  I have attached images...

showing the checkout process for a school.  Whoever checked out for your order would have had to have selected Youth in the drop down. A shopper cannot select a size on the site until you select a Gender. In this case youth or adult.  See attached screen shot (the screen shot is of a hooded sweatshirt for another school store). Also on checkout, the cart again shows the size as Youth or Adult (See attached image). Additionally, the email confirmation also contains the Adult or Youth verbiage which is also attached.I am happy to help by printing another sweatshirt for free on the next spirit gear drive the school does as it would cost significantly less to do so.  In the meantime, I am also willing to give you a refund to help the situation as well.  Additionally, if you think there is an improvement to be made to this process so it is more clear what gender you are selecting, I am always open to suggestions.  Thank you for supporting the school and let me know how we should proceed with solving this issue.Carpe diem, David [redacted] | CEO BELIEVE GROUP | 303.200.1299 | 877.FAX.BELIEVE www.BelieveKids.com | www.ShopBelieve.com | www.SpiritGearDirect.com

I am rejecting this response because:I have yet to receive these checks. [redacted] is her name not [redacted]. If the name is miss spelled the check will be no good. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY no one at my childs school names [redacted]. They did not deliver that package to my Sons school. Last week I received ONE of the missing items, the Cinnabon kit. Because EVERY person who ordered that kit did not receive it. The school received a large box of them last week. I have yet to receive the other item, or these checks that she claims to have put in the mail.  I would like to point out that it is January 13th and I am STILL missing an item. This is UNACCEPTABLE.   **Attached is email between her and I , and you can see that I let her know the package was not delivered to us and she said she would start a claim with UPS. so her stating that the package was delivered to us is her knowingly being untruthful.[redacted]
