We have refunded to individual customers in full retail at ***'s request via emailThe original package that was in replacement was delivered to the school and signed for by *** [redacted] states the school has no record of receipt We mailed check [redacted] in the amount of $to [redacted] and check number [redacted] in the amount of $to [redacted] ***Both checks were mailed January 6th
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I have yet to receive these checks [redacted] is her name not ***If the name is miss spelled the check will be no goodTHERE IS ABSOLUTELY no one at my childs school names ***They did not deliver that package to my Sons schoolLast week I received ONE of the missing items, the Cinnabon kitBecause EVERY person who ordered that kit did not receive itThe school received a large box of them last weekI have yet to receive the other item, or these checks that she claims to have put in the mail I would like to point out that it is January 13th and I am STILL missing an itemThis is UNACCEPTABLE **Attached is email between her and I , and you can see that I let her know the package was not delivered to us and she said she would start a claim with UPSso her stating that the package was delivered to us is her knowingly being untruthful[redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] ***
