Review: Having used Bellimage previously and with positive results, we once again hired them to print our color program brochures for our big media event. We sent them a proof in a PDF format. When they gave us their products, it was absolutely awful. The images were all dilapidated and the quality of the work was poor. When we asked for refund, they refused and actually blamed us for their errors.

We had to hire another printer at the last minute to get the job done which they did promptly.

We've worked with hundreds of businesses and Bell Image was the most unprofessional by far. This is first time our company has ever contacted the Revdex.com to file a complaint.Desired Settlement: We want a refund of $339 which at this point we consider money that Bell Image has stolen from us. If we can't get our $339 back, our only other form of consolation is that we hopefully save other respectable business from being victimized by this ethically challenged company that is a champion of mediocrity & poor quality printing products.
