Review: I ordered 3 items as gifts and for my son. First, I was unable to give one of the gifts on time because they were not shipped for 3 weeks - and even to get that, I had to send multiple emails all of which went unanswered until I threatened to turn the matter over to my credit card company as fraudulent since I was getting no response and had no shipping eta or confirmation. She finally sent the items. When I received them, the one for my son has a hole in it and is useless to him until it can be repaired or replaced. I have requested assistance several times over the last 2 weeks with no response. I gave a final warning that I would go to the credit card company and report to Revdex.com if no response was received by today. Still no response. My credit card company has been notified.Desired Settlement: I would like paid return shipping for the item and a full refund of it ($44.99).
